By scheduling or receiving services from Reflect Details (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Reflect Details provides automotive detailing services, including but not limited to exterior detailing, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and related services. Services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and service selection. Reflect Details reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe or unsanitary vehicle conditions.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or heavily neglected vehicles. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash and other approved payment methods.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Reflect Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, rust, peeling paint, cracked leather, worn upholstery, or faulty components. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues before service begins.We are not responsible for damage caused by previously repaired, repainted, or defective surfaces.
6. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicle prior to service. Reflect Details is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
7. Satisfaction & Claims
Any concerns must be reported before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of service completion. We must be given the opportunity to inspect and address any issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Reflect Details.
8. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Certain services may be affected by weather conditions. Reflect Details is not responsible for results impacted by weather, environmental fallout, or conditions beyond our control after service completion.
9. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction
Results vary depending on paint condition and maintenance. Proper aftercare is the customer’s responsibility. Reflect Details is not responsible for coating failure due to improper washing, neglect, or environmental exposure.
10. Liability Limitation
Reflect Details’ liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Under no circumstances shall Reflect Details be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Right to Modify Terms
Reflect Details reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
