Booking Policies

Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve dedicated bay time for your vehicle. Deposits are applied toward your service total and allow us to schedule staffing and materials specifically for your appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times online with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment must be handled by calling the office directly, as bay time and staffing are already allocated. Some exceptions can be made when circumstances allow.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with reasonable notice may retain the deposit as a credit toward a future service. Late cancellations or no-shows result in a forfeited deposit due to the reserved bay time and staffing commitment.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time for your scheduled drop-off or pickup window. Late arrivals may require rescheduling depending on availability, as we schedule vehicles carefully to ensure quality results for every customer.
Vehicle Condition
We work with a wide range of vehicle conditions and always aim to keep things straightforward. In some cases, excessive soiling, heavy pet hair, or strong odors beyond normal use may require additional time or services, which we’ll discuss with you if needed.
Pickup & Drop-Off Service
Pickup & drop-off service is included within 10 miles of Reflect Details. Locations outside the service area require a $50 round-trip fee, collected after service. Reflect Details is fully insured for vehicle transport and handling.
